Shipping and payment
To be able to take advantage of discounts when you shop from bstyle.bg you should be a registered user. The amount of the available discounts you can see here. To calculate your personal discount the system refers to the total amount you have gained so far from previous orders as well.
Your order from our website will be delivered by Bulgarian Posts PLC to the address you have placed in your order. However if you would like it delivered to the office of the certain carrier, please make this clear and put it as a comment when you place your order.
The delivery normally takes from 2 weeks. We’ll call you back to confirm your order and we will let you know when you can get it.
The payment is made via PayPal.
The shipping is at the expense of the customer. The delivery price of orders less than 100 Euro is 10 euro and it is included in the amount of the cash on delivery service.
For orders valued more than 100 euro the shipping is free!
RECLAMATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
According to the Law of Consumer Protection and Trade Regulations, the consumer may claim reclamation if there have been ascertained any:

The reclamation should be claimed up to five working days after the purchase.
When the customer claims a reclamation he/she can purport for:

We care about customers and regarding the type of goods we sell WE DO NOT REPLACE UNDERWEAR (briefs, panties, boxers, strings, etc.)!
Up to 14 days of delivering the goods to the customer, he/she can return it or replace it as far as the following conditions are met:
1. The commercial appearance of the product is well preserved.
2. There are no damages due to improper use.
3. The original package of the product is well preserved, as well as all included consumables and accessories if such were included.
4. The shipping of the returned goods is at customer’s expense.
5. WE DO NOT REPLACE UNDERWEAR!
